Introductory Flight Special, including pilot logbook — $100.00

Instruction rate: $60.00 per an hour for all ratings.
Elite PI135 BATD rate: $80.00 per an hour with CFII.
Cessna 150M Commuter rate: $120.00 per an hour including fuel.
Cessna 150 Aerobat rate: $120.00 per an hour including fuel.
Cessna 172 rate: $160.00 per an hour including fuel.
Cessna 182 rate: $300.00 per an hour including fuel and the instructor.

Aerobatic Instruction is offered once per a month starting in April 2025.
$210 per hour with aerobatic instructor – (185 pound weight limit)

Private Pilot Airplane*
– Where most pilots start.
– 40 hours of flight experience minimum.
– All training is completed in a Cessna 172 or Cessna 150 aircraft.
– Fly aircraft for personal use, not for pay.

Instrument Rating*
– Take piloting to the next level.
– 40 hours of instrument experience minimum.
– 50 hours of cross country PIC experience required.
– All training is completed in a Cessna 172 or Cessna 182.
– Learn to fly in the ATC system the professionals use.

Commercial Pilot Airplane*
– Get paid to fly!
– 250 hours of flight experience minimum.
– All training is completed in a Cessna 172, Cessna 182, or Cessna 150 aircraft.
– Begin your professional flying.

Certificated Flight Instructor (addon or initial)*
– Get paid to fly!
– Learn how to teach!

Time Building*
– Need more flight hours for your commercial or instrument rating?

High Performance Training*
– Need to fly an aircraft with more than 200HP?
– All training is completed in a Cessna 182 aircraft with 300HP!
– This aircraft also qualifies for Technically Advanced Aircraft (TAA) training.

Technically Advanced Aircraft (TAA) Training*
– Meet your commercial requirements in a Cessna 182 with a Glass Panel!
– Log 10 hours of TAA flight training experience for your Commercial Pilot License .
– Fly autopilot coupled approaches and learn more about advanced avionics!


* Always refer to current FAA regulations for accurate pilot training requirements.
* In some cases proof of United States Citizenship or other TSA authorization is required.
